Notes

Java Edition (PC)

  1. Launch **Minecraft: Java Edition**.
  2. **Multiplayer** → **Add Server**.
  3. **Server Name:** 2BZ
  4. **Server Address:** play.2bz.org
  5. **Done** → select the server → **Join Server**.
Common Java messages
  • Outdated server/client: Switch to the current release.
  • Failed to connect / Timeout: Disable VPN, confirm address, try another network.

Bedrock (Mobile/Console/Windows)

  1. Open **Minecraft (Bedrock)**.
  2. Go to **Friends** → **Add Friend**.
  3. Search and add **2bzorg**.
  4. Once added, open **Friends** and join the 2BZ server when it appears as **Joinable**.
If you can’t see 2BZ under Friends
  • Ensure online multiplayer is allowed in your Microsoft/Xbox privacy settings.
  • Fully restart the game after sending the friend request.
  • Make sure you’re signed into the same Microsoft account you used to add the friend.

Resource Pack

The 2BZ pack delivers custom items, UI, and visuals. It must be enabled.

Java: Enable or Fix

  • In **Multiplayer** → select **2BZ** → **Edit** → set **Server Resource Packs: Enabled** or **Prompt**.
  • If stuck at “Downloading” or “100%”: quit to title, rejoin. If it persists:
    • Close Minecraft. In %APPDATA%\.minecraft\server-resource-packs delete the most recent 2BZ pack, then relaunch and rejoin.
    • In **Options** → **Resource Packs**, remove any broken packs, then retry joining.

Bedrock: Apply

  • When the prompt appears on join, choose **Download & Apply**.
  • If you disabled server packs globally, re-enable under **Settings** → **Storage/Global Resources**, then rejoin.

New Player Checklist

  • Read Rules to avoid penalties.
  • Make sure the resource pack is applied.
  • See Getting Started for early gear and money tips.
  • Join Discord: 2bz.org/discord.
